Mid chapter ngl. The pacing is buns as always. Nayun does not look the slightest bit depressed compared to how she felt in the novel. 3-4 years have passed and she looks the exact same… much like everyone else. The fight was underwhelming. Idk why they keep nerfing the power levels in the manhwa, they should be causing a lot more destruction. It was the same when Jin Sahyuk was first introduced and fought at that festival or park. I guess it takes too much effort.

Anyways calm lil rant. Considering this horrible pacing, the season is most likely going to end at the start of the Tower of Wish.

Good chapter. Again they don’t adapt much, but this new content was nice asf. Hajin actually acknowledged Evandel as his daughter and allowed her to call him daddy in private which is a nice change compared to the novel where he was mostly against it even way later on. Rachel got some good scenes aswell. Though I am noticing that the chapters are just getting shorter, either that or I’m just breezing through it way too fast.

New chapter. Honestly aside from the laptop updating, they barely adapted anything. This chapter just felt like filler, but the pacing has been ass for awhile now. Got some nice Hajin and Evandel panels. Idk if that whole evandel refusing to grow thing was in the novel(I don’t think it was), but if it wasn’t it was a nice new scene. It would’ve been nice if we got some previous flashbacks since last chapter they skipped out on so much, but it seems that won’t be happening any time soon unfortunately.

Idk how to feel about this chapter. A lot of stuff just got introduced. They cut out a shit ton of content, but maybe the next few chapter will cover it(Hopefully). Black Lotus reveal, Alieen reveal, 4 year timeskip. Damn, so much just happened all of a sudden. For Alieens design it definitely looks way different from what I expected, but it’s fine I guess. Black lotus(Let’s goo) the design looks lame but I remember he got his proper fit in the tower(I think) so I won’t complain yet. He still got the aura though. Let me know how yall feel about this chapter. Also the manhwa got a few details wrong but that might be a translation issue, I might cover them later.

Cool chapter. There was some changes like Evandel telling the lady that Hajin was scouted by jenonimo. Chae Nayun’s lock in which was… eh. That moment was significantly better in the novel. We got to see a sneak peak at Aileen, which she should’ve been introduced way earlier in the story, idk why cut her out so many times but it’s nice to see her. And of-course some peak Evandel scenes(best part of the chapter).

Good chapter. We got to see the rest of the troupe. There was changes like Hajin talking to Hirano Arashi about the modifications to the base[Also I did NOT expect her to look like that😭😭]. Through that interaction I think that the other troupe members that did nothing in the novel will get more scenes in the manhwa, which is extremely nice. In the novel boss gave Hajin a magic contract to sign which made him not be able to betray them, in the manhwa they removed this and instead told him that he’s gunna get fked if he betrays them. Feels raw and more like them. Personally I like the change.

Good chap. We finally got to see the chameleon troupe members designs, even though I think a few are missing, like the Japanese magician and 2 others. Funny how we only saw half of them do something in the novel. Most of their nature and ability’s are unknown. There’s one where the only thing we know about him is that he swings the other way😭

Nice chapter. And just like that a new saga starts. The Cube portion of the story is officially and truly over. Yeonha being the goat and the best girl like usual. Hajin has crzy game as always. Seeing the old panels again while he was reminiscing about his past year was kinda nostalgic. We have made it far.

I am extremely impressed by the art. Props to artists who locked in for this Chapter. Which is why I hate to say that this moment and Hajins conversation with Yeonha was better in the novel (Which was expected, so I’m not too bothered). Without even checking I can already tell some things were skipped like Hajins shoulder being not being broken from the tense moment, Yeonha not spilling the wine on her self and I think there’s more. But in no way am I saying that the manhwa was bad, in fact it was well done. I don’t think they made Nayun straight up try to kill Hajin immediately in the novel which was an interesting but welcome change in the manhwa. It ramped up the moment extremely fast. Probably the replacement for the shoulder not being broken. I don’t know if I liked the part wear she ripped off his sleeve while standing in the manhwa, I think the novel version was just way better in that part. And well yeah… This is a major turning point for the series, and I’m happy that we have made it this far. Again props to whoever locked in for this chapter, it was definitely good.

The moment has happened guys. This moment was way better in the novel, but I’m sure this just the prologue for their real interaction in the next chapter so I won’t judge that hard. In the novel there was a conversation between Nayun and Yeonha where Nayun asked if she could trust the culprit was someone who had the tattoo. She revealed to Yeonha that she saw it on Hajin, through she thought it was a dream. It seems like this scene was skipped in the manhwa, though it could appear in the next chapter through a flashback. Anyways good chapter.

Good chapter. Though it feels like everything is going super slowly. Seriously what the heck is this pacing, I feel like the novel might be going faster than this. But anyways we got some good panels this chapter along with Yeonha’s dad making an entrance. Though honestly, I thought he would have a more rugged appearance in combat considering he’s known as a berserker. But he looks way more boyish here than I expected? Either way, cool stuff ig.

The moment finally happened guys… all and all good chapter. Dragon aura farming. We got to see destruction, one of the nine evils. And uh… Suho looks funny asf w the stick.
