I've ordered an super everdrive X5 40 days ago, and I still don't have a tracking number on my order and no answers from krikzz support. Am I supposed to be worried now? What should I do at this time? I ordered from canada and it says that it should take 45 days to ship maximum(idk if it includes 3-12 days before shipping), so should I wait patiently for the total of 57 days? Thanks a lot.

Hi, I know Ukraine is in a very difficult situation right now, but I was really wondering how long am I expected to wait for my order in your opinion? I ordered on april 9th and tried to reach their support just to know what to expect, but alas... I have no answers for now.
