I wanna make a mounted gun where the barrels revolve around while the turret is still able to move to aim at other things. Is this possible and how could I do it

I need help with a mechanic using the life detector

I did just post today, but I was trying to make it so that the rotor would only be able to activate if the life detector detected the human was still alive, but for whatever reason the rotor only gets activated when the life detector is turned off
