I am 26f, 169cm and around 190lbs/86kg. I've been eating 1450kcal & 120g protein a day & trying to get some walking in where I can (as I work a very sedentary job). I don't want to weigh myself frequently as it's not good for me mentally. My maintenance is around 2k - is this an ok amount of calories if I wanted to lose 40/50lbs?
