Tucson is better than people say in this subreddit

As a recent transplant from the East Coast, I’ve noticed people in this sub tend to be incredibly negative about Tucson. Honestly, I think some of you just haven't spent much time out East!

Tucson is beautiful, has a solid job market with several major employers, and doesn't feel nearly as run-down as a lot of eastern cities. I’m really enjoying Tucson and Arizona so far.

Does this look like an active water leak? Thank you

Hey there. I'm selling my place, and the home inspection report says there's a spot on the ceiling that looks like water damage and an active leak.

I've seen that spot for a long time and never thought it was water damage or an active leak. If it were, that spot on the ceiling would be way worse by now.

I even bought a moisture meter, and it never went above 11% there. Plus, it doesn't even feel wet to me by hand touch.

I think it may have been paint remains from a previous paint(?)

Based on the picture, would you say it's water damage? It looks dirty in the middle because a handyman with a but dirty hands checked it out, and he didn't think it was water damage either.
