I got a home loan sanction from HDFC at 7.75 which they are telling will be reduced before disbursement.

I am not sure if they will provide the rate which we verbally fixed. So want to check with banks as well

How I can get a rate of interest from other banks by not hitting my cibil from each check from hard check
