Hello brothers and sisters, just a prayer request for my sweet, faith filled foster mother who is in the last stages of her life. She took me into her home when I was orphaned. She's almost 90 and has loved the Lord all of her life. My foster siblings are struggling with the waiting, so please hold them in prayer too. Thank you so much.

Hi neighbors, just curious if anyone has deciduous trees that have started to drop leaves, or fruit that didn't mature? All summer my very prolific fig tree has dropped hard, unripe fruit. I noticed our redbud tree is losing leaves and it's on the opposite side of the property. Now my plum trees are dropping leaves. Is it just me? I notice because I don't employ a gardener.

In the past decade or so, most folks in Morgan Hill have been overrun by solar salespeople at home. I have a "no soliciting" sign on my front door but this young man from Sunrun rang the doorbell anyway. My husband works from home so I opened the door to tell him to stop. Pointed to the sign and he grinned and said "oh, I'm not selling anything, just wanted to talk". I said, "no means NO" and closed the door. I don't know how to make it more clear! They are aggressive and persistent and they show up all the time. No website directs me to complaints. How to handle this?

EDIT: I don't normally open the door. my husband works from HOME and he was ringing the doorbell... the dor with the SIGN on it.

Just a recommendation for a product in the US that I'm currently eating and I'm very happy with it. PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that you mix with water. It's roasted peanuts, sugar and salt. So satisfying to eat peanut butter! No saturated fat, 2 percent overall. Made in Tifton, Georgia, US.

Just a PSA to let you know that downtown is closed and traffic on the surrounding streets it very congested. Took me 4 cycles of the stoplights on Main and Monterey to get through. Be patient! Have fun!

Local PSA to say that now (before sunrise) is the time to open up your house to cool it down, then shut all windows down and make it as dark as possible about 8 or 9 am. Big warm up coming, but the overnight temperature is still cool.

It's too early here to contact people but I'm asking for prayers for my husband, who has an eye disease in remission for several years. Today is his annual checkup and he's always anxious that it stays normal. Please pray for a good report for him. Bless you all
