I found out today that my dad died due to internal bleeding 3 weeks after leaving hospital after chemo. When he was discharged, the biopsy found no cancer cells in his bone marrow.
How is this possible?

Dear all,
I am based in Austria and can hear my neighbours walking above me. I also hear random thuds that sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night. I have tried ear plugs and can even hear them through hearing protectors...Noise cancelling headphones are my last hope ;) I see many people recommend WH-1000XM3 but these no longer seem to be available. The reviews for WH-1000XM5 are worse... anything else you would recommend getting?
