USP Newb, question for the group

USP Newb, question for the group

Hello all. I recently secured my first USP. I ORIGINALLY HAD A VP9 OR but I’ve found that hammer fired guns are my preferred choice. I had this TLR 7X on my VP9, removed the 1913 Pic insert on the TLR and locked it up with the frame of the USP. The question I had was; would this present any issues? The lockup is tight and there is zero wobble. Any insight appreciated, thanks!

Edit: Thank you all for the advice. I have purchased a Mr Nein JR from Machine Craft Replicas as to avoid damaging my frame!

Been waiting a bit over 8 weeks for it to come in. Black Nitrided slide, Cut and Crown Barrel, LTT Ports, Volker Precision Flat Faced Trigger, and a SRO 5 MOA to top it off. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I know some people don’t like the slide serrations but so far they seem to have a good feel to them and I like the aesthetics. I have an M9A4 that is compensated so it’ll be fun to see how differently ports vs a comp shoot.
