Can anyone drop the Illuminati r Aubrey armor set

Can anyone help with the platinum drop all armor or weapons and I can get them back after I just can’t do the grinding of killing them over and over waiting for a drop

Ive been playing for a bit now and going for the platinum can anyone drop weapons and armor for the achievement cause I did the grind with ds1-3 and can’t do it again
