Future Lords of the Fallen & CI Games.. games will be digital only.

While this doesn’t surprise me, unfortunately, I really do hope they plan on maintaining a physical release for LotF2. I see he says “we’re still planning” but that wording does worry me. I still buy all my games physically and will continue to do so until the unfortunate end. If LotF2 does not release physically however, it’ll be DOA for me personally.

Congregator of Flesh

Little, or not so little, thing i made a long while ago. Posted it on different subs, somehow forgot to post it here. So yeah, there you go. Handmade, Handpainted, mostly Hot Glue and Green Stuff. Infernus Space Marine on 32mm base for size Difference. It's not 1 to 1 copy and i took some Artistic Liberties, like second Skull that kinda connects with one of right arms. Anyway im proud of him so you love it, you hate it, it's meh, let me know.

Damarose quest and Radiant ending

Hey guys, I'm planning to get the platinum, and all that remains is:

one ending (Radiant ending), one weapon (from killing Damarose), one armor set (from Kakujin's quest), fighting two bosses (Adyr and Damarose), and two rings.

I just realized that the missing rings are from Damarose's quest.

So, is it possible to do her quest to the point where she sells us the Executioner and Grayson rings without locking myself into the Inferno ending?

I just finished the game and realized that there is this thing called "Runes"

And you can slot them into your weapons to make them stronger. That is all. Very good to know for my next playthrough lol

And before you ask, yes, I'm stupid. I'm a hoarder when it comes to items in soulsgames, so I didn't even bother to check what these Runes do.

Please, can someone spare some vigor. Help me get op as fast as possible. I enjoy the game but i would enjoy it more if i get a good working build going. Thanks

What the Hell is that Co-op system???

I am new to the series and have recently finished about 70% of tge 2014 game. Moved immediately over to the 2023 game and i have faaaaaaar more fun with this game than the previous one.

But when i went to use multiplayer for help against a hard boss (the one in a lake against an Ice Axe wielder and his wolf) my entire fucking game changed! I went to multiplayer and thought like the other Soulslike games, it's an easy "invite or join" option. I went to "host" and see "Shared & non-Shared progression". I read the details, but still read like a bunch of gibberish because ultimately, there's HOSTING a session and JOINING a session.

But when i chose "Host Shared session" my entire game flipped over. I Joined someone else's session despite choosing HOST and not only was i transported, i was pushed foward so that i apparently already defeated The Hushed Saint (which i didn't) amd reached the end area of the swamp (which i first just joined). So the loot of defeating the boss is just gone for me, unattainable and now i am afraid if any of my choices got tampered with too? So far it's not much, but i gave Dunmer the items he asked for and Molhu a singular item but it seems Dunmer is talking to me as if i didn't give him the items and there is NO way to check mission progressions because fuck me i guess.

Wtf happened???

Can we talk about how abysmal the rune sockets for the Right Hand BoS Sword are

INF, AGI and RAD. What were the devs smoking when they were deciding what rune sockets to put on the Right Hand BoS Sword. There aren't any good INF choices except maybe Cybyno and Balago, the AGI socket is nice, but RAD? I don't see any RAD rune that could help the build in any way. It's just kinda sad to see for someone who dual wields the Left and Right Hand swords

I’m stuck

So I’ve beat skinstealer, battled the Bringer trio, found the thief and told Byron, drained the water and am trying to get to the revelation depths. My problem is that the wooden boards that are supposed to drop when you drain it, didn’t drop. Idk what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.

Pure inf or pure rad

I was planning to run a dual wield pve type of build for either inf or rad.

First, in y'alls opinion, which build would be "easier" to do so? And with what weapons would you use to start and finish the run with?

Second, any sort of catalysts and spells to mix with unless going straight melee is the way to go?

In terms of bosses and mobs, do they have more resistance to inf or rad things?

Thanks in advance 🤘

References to other franchises?

Sword of the Flayed is very clearly inspired by Chaoseater, War’s sword from Darksiders. I love little nods like this. Besides the Moon-themed greatsword from an update a while ago, are there any other weapons/armor that references other franchises or IP’s?

Fingers crossed we get Death’s Scythe from Darksiders in the next game.

Heavy shield parry

Almost 400 hours in the game and I’m still discovering new things! I don’t know if it’s common knowledge but the parries with heavy shields are different from the normal ones, they make a red flash (instead of the usual blue), interrupt enemies attacks’ animations and I also think they make a different, deeper sound. Does anybody know what it actually accounts to? Do they reduce more stamina on the enemy or something? In that case I need to make a build with Dunmire’s ring!

Death from Above Pt 4

Finally took this aerial host to umbral after their crossbow spam. They had me pinned down with each bolt taking a third of my health, so I went for death or glory….

Shameless beg

Anyone on PS willing to drop me some vigor items? Do not want to farm at all and just want to enjoy the game's setting, lore and pickup all the items. Not looking to be chastised for how i want to play.

help: remembrance bugged - is my savegame cooked?

*SPOILERS FOR MID TO LATE GAME*

Hi there,

I am currently on my 2nd playthrough of this game and went for an inferno build. So far it went great and I really like the build. I am dual weilding bloodlust with axe of the flayed, but I focus on using magic via the catalyst you get for freeing the tortured prisoner.

My overall goal was (no surprise there): Getting the Lightreapers swords.

So, I finally came to the final lightreaper fight in upper calrath. I gave the lightreaper a couple of tries (yes, I got rid of the parasite beforehand) but my build being an inferno build seemed to finally be not the best for an encounter. So after dying a couple of times I summoned help via multiplayer (yes yes, git gud blabla, I know).

I used "NON-shared-progression" and set full guest privileges to "NO". We managed to defeat the lightreaper. After the fight I went to umbral for the stigma. Before I could get it, the summoned player used it with his lantern (I guess that doesn't count as full privilege) and I got the umbral scourings for it.

After that we went on, finishing off Andreas and my summoned helper sprinted into the bossfight against the Iron Wayfarer as well - don't get me wrong, I was grateful for the help and the LotF-Community is overall very friendly and helpful, but the sprinting from A to B is something I don't like, which is why I didn't summon any help this playthrough up till the Lightreaper fight.

So I left the session after defeating the Iron Wayfarer because I wanted to go on alone. So, I went to Molhu to get the Lightreapers swords, but when I wanted to access the Lightreaper's remembrance, it told me: "investigate the stigma in the last known location of the lightreaper", which I already did.

I thought to myself: "Okay, weird, maybe it's because the other guy used the stigma" and went back to use the stigma again. So I did. Played it till the end. Nothing, still no change at Molhu's. I got nervous. I googled it. Google suggested: Go kill the Lightreaper again via the option from a vestige, where you can choose to fight bosses again. Google said, that might reset my inventory etc.

So I fought the Lightreaper again. Again, I died a couple of times, but on my 6th attempt or so I finally beat him.

No change at Molhu's. I just can't access his remembrance. I have the Lightreaper's flesh in my inventory since beating him with help online from before, so there is some sign that the fight triggered something in my inventory, but the remembrance is still missing.

Pardon my french, but now I feel like ****. Getting the swords was the main goal of this playthrough and I don't want to start all over again, just because the game bugged out on me.

EDIT: I have not killed Paladin Isaac and obviously did not summon him for the Lightreaper fight. Do I have to do Isaac first?

Has anyone experienced this problem and knows how to fix it? Google suggested to go and join a "shared progression" playthrough of another player, but I fear that this might just make everything worse haha, oh boy...

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Am I the only one who enjoyed Lords of the Fallen (2014)?

Hi guys,

I don't understand why the first Lords of the Fallen (2014) received so much hate. It has held a special place in my heart ever since I played it in 2020 because it's the game that taught me how to play soulslikes.

Before that, I had to sell Bloodborne out of sheer frustration; it was just too difficult for me. But after playing LOTF, I decided to give Bloodborne another chance and ended up beating it, including the DLC. Thanks to Bloodborne and Lords of the Fallen, I felt like I grew so much as a player.

I'm currently finishing my second playthrough after 6 years, and I'm still enjoying it. Did you play it?, let me know your thoughts!

Best wishes 🤗
