Tarantulas that handle cold?
Hi everyone! I’m a huge lover of tarantulas and I’m finally in a place where I can get one. The only issue is, I can’t handle heat. My house stays at a constant 67 degrees, my room even colder so I was wondering if there’s any species that do really well in cold? I can’t keep my room hot for medical reasons if anyone was wondering. I would love some suggestions on species that thrive in it if there are any. Please and thank you!
Edit: probably should have mentioned but if you guys have any tips on how to keep the tarantulas warm without heating up my entire room, I’d love to know! I tried searching around but I’m a bit hesitant on using a heat lamp or a heating pad because I don’t want to end up drying out or hurting the tarantula. My dream species right now is a pink toe which are tarantulas that thrive better in warm temps so I’d love to be able to provide one a home and keep it happy.
