Any advice? C. Versicolor

What do you guys think about this setup? Enclosure is dark den micro arboreal. Pure coco fiber, dried leaves from my garden that I baked in the over for more than an hour, sphagnum moss, the stick is also from my garden, I baked it with the leaves. And boar tusk as the main climbing opportunity. Also small water dish that is currently empty cuz i think theres enough humidity in the moss and substrate right now. She should thrive, right?

Help identifying these white dots!

Hi everybody, I’m worried about my T. stirmi and need help/advice on what these white dots are. She molted a little under two weeks ago and I observed these parallel white dots. I thought maybe it was just a freshly molted thing, but it hasn’t gone away yet. I’ve seen a lot of articles/forums ranging from excrement, mold, and mites but I haven’t seen one thing that looks like my girls spots. I intend on moving her into a different enclosure after school tomorrow, but in the meantime I would be really grateful to get some second opinions. Thank you in advance to everyone who takes the time to share their thoughts and wisdom <3

Tarantulas that handle cold?

Hi everyone! I’m a huge lover of tarantulas and I’m finally in a place where I can get one. The only issue is, I can’t handle heat. My house stays at a constant 67 degrees, my room even colder so I was wondering if there’s any species that do really well in cold? I can’t keep my room hot for medical reasons if anyone was wondering. I would love some suggestions on species that thrive in it if there are any. Please and thank you!

Edit: probably should have mentioned but if you guys have any tips on how to keep the tarantulas warm without heating up my entire room, I’d love to know! I tried searching around but I’m a bit hesitant on using a heat lamp or a heating pad because I don’t want to end up drying out or hurting the tarantula. My dream species right now is a pink toe which are tarantulas that thrive better in warm temps so I’d love to be able to provide one a home and keep it happy.

Advice/suggestions

I have a pink toe tarantula and I have her in an...ok, setup but I was wanting to see if it could be improved upon and also if there was a way I could theme it? If that makes sense. I really wanna do a jurassic theme but I'm not sure if it would be worth it if it would only stress her. I've had her a few months now and she hasn't webbed at all so I'm assuming she also doesn't like her current setup. Photo of current setup attached.

Stuck molt on g. pulchra abdomen

Hey! So I've had my first T, a Grammostola Pulchra for over a year now. It's molted 2 times normally, but I think I messed up checking on her enclosure's humidity this last few weeks while she was pre molt. I'm pretty much sure this is the reason why when she molted last week a huge chunk of skin got stuck in her abdomen. I urgently called the pet store where I bought her (I don't have any professionals in my area :() and they told me to try and dampen the molt and remove it gently with pliers. I did and it came off and everything seemed fine, but it's been a week and I am now noticing TWO other skin pieces that are still attached to the poor thing - A super loose tiny piece that's almost off on her lower abdomen, but that is blocking her spinnerets, and a WHOLE back leg completely stuck to what I assume is her sternum, since I haven't been able to take a proper look at her underbelly - I'm just scared, since I heard that it can be dangerous for T's if an old molt is blocking the abdomen or book lungs, but I fear tearing her new skin by trying to yank at the stuck molt pieces, if anyone can help I'd be super grateful 🙏 For now it doesn't seem like the big leg chunk is interfering with her mobility, but I worry it may cause some issues unbeknownst to me since I'm a new T owner 😔. I've yet again contacted my petstore but if anyone could offer a second opinion I'd appreciate it. I'll leave some pictures below, also I think I've noticed what I assume are bald spots, and I don't know if I should be worried about that?😭

(fyi the last picture is how I first found her after her molt, with the whole carapace still attached to the abdomen skin which at the same time was attached to my girl😭 that is also the piece I succesfully removed last week)

Is my c. Versicolor in pre molt?

I’ve left them cut up meal worms on their last two feeding days and they’ve left the carcasses on their substrate below.

First picture is current and the second picture is just after rehousing

Fasciata or HANUMAVILASUMICA

I posted around but i’m still confused about identifying this specie. Anyway if i only identify it about black line / broken line yes it’s obviously hanumavilasumica but if i identify it by it’s carapace it more similar to fasciata.

So what sp should it would be identified ?

Mature Male Final Molt?

This is my GBB, Sirius (the star, not the wizard).

I've had them for a little under 2 years. Is this already their final molt? Because that seems crazy fast to me. I couldn't get my phone to focus with them being in the corner, but are those hooks'n'gloves??

What are your dream tarantulas?

What tarantulas are yall looking forward to getting someday/wishing you could get?

I grew up in the california bay area and every october *Aphonopelma iodius* tarantulas would cover Mt. Diablo and get their groove on.
I was way more nervous about tarantulas back in the day (respected them, thought they were cool, but afraid to own/observe), and now I‘d just really love to share my space with a little dude from my hometown. Not to mention they are SO pretty. Like a seal point cat sort of.

Hello, I have a titlocatl vagans, I bought her a year ago and she was super calm, built her hole and was fine but over the winter it seems I sprayed too much water in the terrarium and it was moldy, she was also losing hair on her body cause of the stress, the mold brought bugs with it so after her getting more and more stressed I descided to chnace the soil in the terrarium even tho I know they dont like change but I thought its gonna be the best for her. Now her hole is gone obviously and she is moving around all the time she isnt calm and chill like she used to be and it doesnt seem to get better.. She still eats and drinks so thats good but she isnt building or digging which would be normal for her. She is running around and climbing all the time and she even lost a leg and another one is broken as well.. I love her and I am scared that is not gonna get better, does anyone have an idea how i can help her calm down or how I can support her on getting better, molting or anything to make her feel like before again? Please Help :(

Im not home right now but if needed I can take a picture of her in a few days!

Question

I am fairly new to T keeping, I don’t want any hate or judgement please be kind.

I have seen a TON of commenters saying the enclosure size matters. Why is this?

When I originally got T slings I had them in a decently sized acrylic enclosure, they’ve both been in the same sized enclosures since(6 months) they’ve both molted and have been eating fine.

TIA
