Pros and cons? Is it too good to be true? Really no seller fees on your items?

I’ve been on .5mg since November 2025… started in august 2025. down a total of 40 pounds. female, 27.

thankfully I have no side effects. did anyone experience increased side effects going from .5 to 1.0? just want to be prepared if so, although I know everyone is different
