Before going into the concert, do they have merch outside of 02? Can we bring it into the concert? Or do I need to get it a different day??

For those who got general standing tickets… since there’s nothing assigned.. do you just have to RUN as fast as you can to get to the stage to try and get a good spot?? 😭

I recently purchased Ariana tickets through viagogo. They said they’re ready for transfer to AXS- yay!
However, it says they created an email. They sent the tickets to through AXS, but I don’t have access to that email to get the tickets.
I’ve tried to contact support, but they’re saying that the email I have doesn’t match my order number when it is the correct email. So I can’t even email them. Is there a support phone number? What can I do?

So I recently bought tickets off of viagogo (I had to yall I pray I don’t get refused at the door🥲🥲) and it says for general admission - standing room only- but I see photos with chairs next to people up against the stage. So will the chair actually be there?? Or is it truly just standing ? (I don’t mind standing just curious)
