OVHCloud charged my card but didn't give me my VPS

Hi everyone,

I recently created an account on OVHcloud and purchased a VPS. The payment went through successfully, and the money was charged to my card.

However, when I logged into the OVHcloud control panel, there was no VPS listed, no active service, and nothing showing under my account.

After that, I tried to contact support. When I entered my email and password, the platform said that my account did not exist or that the credentials were invalid. I then had to create the account again using the same email, but after logging in, there was still no VPS, no order, and no service associated with the account.

So now I have been charged for a VPS, but I have no access to the service, no visible order, and the original account seems to have disappeared or was never properly created.

Has anyone experienced something similar with OVHcloud? How long does it usually take for the VPS or order to appear? Should I wait, open a support ticket, or directly dispute the charge with my bank?

I used to have a Mi Band 5 with Zepp Life, and sleep tracking worked really well for me. It was very accurate at detecting when I woke up during the night or in the morning.

Now I’m using a Band 9 with Mi Fitness, and the experience has been much worse. It almost never detects when I wake up and stay in bed for around 5-20 minutes. I’m pretty sure my Band 5 used to track that correctly, even if it was just 3-5 minutes, because I remember waking-up by some noise in my house and times matched, but the Band 9 just reports it as continuous sleep with no wake-up periods.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a known issue with Mi Fitness, or is there any setting that can improve wake-up detection?
