Andhra Chilli chicken in Bangalore and some other random names

I have seen more Guntur Items in Bangalore than Guntur itself, recently I have gone to a restaurant and they named it as Kakinada kodi vepudu I asked the waiter how it's named, he said that dish is from Kakinada(a telugu city) unfortunately he didn't know that I'm from Kakinada(costal city in Andhra) I told him there is no such dish there, to give benifit of doubt I ordered that thinking they might have inspired that from there but I can surely tell that no one in Costal Andhra prepares chicken like that. And one more classic bangalore example is Andhra chilli chicken (Chicken cooked in green chilli paste) which no where exists in Andhra, because of this dish all my north Indian friends stereotyped Andhra food as chilli food 😂 but actual andhra food is about the strong flavours not only spice.
