Dr. Tims Re-Fresh is attempting to crash my tank

My tank has been thriving corals growing like crazy and healthy fish. I have been battling a little cyano and after doing some research decided to add a new type of bacteria. Iv only ever dosed nitrifying bacteria. Last night I did my normal water change and did less than the recommended dose of re-fresh. When I woke up this morning I noticed a couple dead snails and all my corals extremely retracted. Fish very lethargic and the rock dwellers completely hidden. I immediately tested for ammonia which showed 0 and salinity was good. I added a bubbler to help with oxygen. By the time I got home tonight my birdsnest was peeling away. Tested ammonia again and was up past .5. Added some ammonia stabilizer and another water change.

I can only assume there was a massive bloom which sucked the oxygen out of everything and stalled out my nitrifying bacteria.

On top of that I got my first ICP back today that I did for fun and found I have extremely high levels of Antimony.

Any thoughts, help, or ideas are welcomed!

First encounter of brown jelly

Tank is 6 months old and has been doing great. LPS growing new heads. A week ago I decided to change my rock scape which I'm sure stirred up some things and caused stress. Anyways one of my torches looked great all day then all of a sudden brown slime coming out of the mouth. I took it out and just threw it away to reduce overall risk vs treatment and putting back into tank. Does anyone have experience with this? What's the likelihood it takes out my other euphyllia? I would prefer to avoid antibiotics for the whole tank
