Aqib Javed - Mohsin Naqvi - PCB
An honest discussion thread:
Just as there is public pressure to remove certain players or captains, what is the best way, in your opinion, for us as Pakistan cricket fans to push for technocracy within the PCB?
No matter how frustrated or biased we may be towards certain individuals, I think we are all aware that the system and administration of our board are not based on merit and are not serving Pakistan cricket well. Even if some PCB heads were arguably good cricketers, that does not necessarily make them good administrators or long term planners.
What can we, as fans, push for or do to at least start a conversation about this? All I see around me is criticism of individual players and captains, rather than discussion of the deeper structural issues within our cricket system.
What can we realistically do about it? Or at the very least, how can we encourage more people to start talking about the root causes instead of just the symptoms?
Can we fix? What to fix? when to fix? What is a realistic expectation a fan and board should have
