Right at 64 hours i lapsed. Hopefully i can just continue with my quit. I had it all weekend with me at the motel. W/d's were essentially over. But coming home sober was too much. Tell me i didnt erase my progress if i dont dose again?
I am just short of 60 hours. 2 full days and 2 full nights off. Slept ok last night. Got 7.5 hours broken. Been at a motel to get away from triggers. Have had some with me the whole time but I came on a mission. My kids will be picking me up sober (if an emotional mess unable to listen to music without crying), in 4 hours. Physical withdrawals all but gone but i woke up at 430am pain in the a$$ thankfully still the weekend. I will continue through today and tonight i should have sleep pressure if i stay up. Kratom seems to be enough finally to keep me completely baseline. Morning walks eras the morning restlessness which has been as mild as when i take it daily.
This quit is almost past critical mass. I am always done by 72 hours with a kratom landing. Though crying spells are crazy this morning inmade the most of the early wake up. Showered. Packed to leave the motel. Walked a mile for a bfast sandwhich, ate it and walked back. Now waiting for sunrise. I am ready to go home. I am ready to get back to work. And i am ready to stay sober a month so i can apply to be a electrician appre tice and not blow it.
This can be done guys.
Hello everyone. I have been quitting for 6 months now. I have been using kratom nearly 15 years and i have been able to step down and get off 7oh for 5 days or so repeatedly but I am thinking of trying the sub route. I am tired, so tired.
I have bo problem staying on kratom after i quit. I dont see kratom as a drug and dont chase a high with it. But to use the suboxone I will have to quit both wont i? I am thinking tomorrow I will have my last dose of 7oh around 1pm, i will wake up in the morning sloghtly uncomfortable and skip my morning kratom dose, wait a couple hours then start with 2mg subs, another 2mg in the evening. And then i plan to half the amount of suboxone every day. I will have the day off for induction just in case precipitated w/d's happen.
Once the suboxone is induced and i have been on it for a day or so i would be safe to resume kratom if I felt the need? If this ends with me quitting both sibstances awesome. If it ends with me on kratom only awesome. If i end uo stuck on subs or back to 7oh after the rapid sub taper, not what i am looking for.
I have used kratom so long its a beast all of it own, any others out there with long term kratom use that fell into 7oh use along with kratom and used this method? I have plenty of gabapentin, klonopin, THC and CBD available to me. Any input, warnings, success stories, and failures with this method and background will be very helpful. Thank you all. I am done with 7oh owning my day and my wallet.
The quitting 7oh subreddit has unfortunately been taken over by that fly adventurous mod. That person believes that their way, straight edge, is the only way. It kills all discussion of things that can help us get through w/d's. I was banned for listing meds that quickMD could prescribe that helped me in my quits. And then I am unable to post there? Its a shame one person can ruin a community like that. I have a feeling it had more to do with my politics that are completely unrelated to quitting 7oh and i had mever mentioned in that subreddit after lolking at their profile. If fly adventurous stays a mod thay sub is dead.
This is the place to come to get through the process without being unfairly targeted for not wanting to be completely sober by saying kratom is a good step down and maintenence tool. Or saying that THC helps with sleep and the body aches. Etc and so on. I wish you all the best in your journey. But i hope fly knows he is making it harder for people to quit and thank God for this sub.

I struggled to quit for 6 months now. Cold turkey every day i had off, fighting through it at work, getting down to relapsing every 3 to 4 days taking one big dose a day.
Now I am doing it for the final time. Supply constraints will be all I need to help me in staying quit. If its not there, cant lapse. I am holding no extras for in the future though every bone in my body wants too. It cant be off the shelves fast enough. I get through acutes and lapse when i feel better every time. So having it around isnt possible.
I am both excited and anxious and feeling some raw emotions like i am saying goodbye but at the same time good riddance. I have a 4 day weekend to get theough the worst. I will be coming off a fairly large daily amount but only been this high for a week or two so shouodnt be too bad.
Everyshere convenient its already gone here. And I have exactly what I need for work tomorrow. I always use psuedo last dose since i wake up in the am feeling ok if i take it at 2pm. 750mg left and it will be gone tomorrow. I want you all to know it can be done if this is your first time just ride out the waves. ChatGPT is very helpful with symptom management and calming you down by explaining it. Helps me at least to know what i can do.

Today is thrid day off psuedo. I have been eating and sleeping well though i suck at hydrating. I woke up this mornkng without restlessness. Woke at 5am, no anxiety or adrenaline rush just irritating it wasnt 730. Still fell back asleep til 7 pretty much in accident. That was 9 hour minus a 30 minute wake up to smoke, no meds or kratom needed to return to sleep.
Only took half my normal kratom dose this morning. Turning 40 the day i quit has been a huge motivator and this has been my easiest quit yet. Turns out those zourz were first batch strong, second batch i thought i noticed mini withdrawals but was also trying to cold turkey when the shop ran out of the old batch. But the new batch must have been way underdosed this has been a walk in the park besides the first night and second day malaise. I feel like i have energy to get going this morning. I am not using my anxiety meds this morning but keeping my gabapentin 800mg dose. Today will be another day down, forced as i am broke. Makes it easier anyway when you are bereft of funds, that psychological urge to dose is non existent.
My real test is tomorrow. I have made it through day 4 10x the past 6 months, i return to work and can draw money out of my future paycheck so will have funds by lunch time tomorrow. I will also be fully out of any acute withdrawal by then since i have been sleeping. If I can just break the workday habit of buying it on lunch for a few days i can take this one the distance i can feel it. Good to feel anything again.
Love yall, keep up your fight. I have it lucky this time but i have been through far worse like quitting 1500mg a day of whatever was truly in staxx and i know many of you have it rough. For that I had to lock myself in a motel for 5 days too far to walk to get any and just let life suck. So i know many of you are hurting and i want you to know its over faster than you think. The one saving grace with this stuff is that you can step down with kratom. If you are discontinuing opiates fully i admire you. Quitting this stuff without kratom and gabapentin can be a nightmare but at least its just a weekend at bernies and rebuilding your life. Kratom is a week of hell on earth for me to quit as a 12 year user.

Just want to check in and let yall know this can be done. I had a rough nights sleep but was too heavily sedated to wake up fully and take kratom thanks to my prescribed pharma meds at higher doses. When I did wake up at 5 I was able to take an emergency med given by my doctor, take kratom, and get 3 more solid hours of sleep. But the first full day off psuedo was relatively easy, i was at work and used kratom and my normal meds (that happen to be some of the best for opiate withdrawals).
Now for day 2, I was able to wake up already stable from what I took at 5 so I took half my normal kratom dose and an hour later 200mg MIT. I only have 5 MIT tablets and wont use them after tomorrow latest. My goal is to land on a stable kratom baseline, where I started before 7oh products. I had one crying spell that I just let out. But I was able to eat (CBD is helpful for this) and I am feeling 80% normal just exhausted but cant sit and pay attention to anything. If I get 2 more solid blocks of sleep tonight I will likely already be out of any acute phase.
Keep in mind I have been having constant quit attempts for 4 month now. I did experience kindling so took psuedo for 5 days which i didnt find euphoric and it was long lasting in keeping withdrawals away. I find this much easier than 7oh. The compulsion to dose doesnt exist the same for psuedo for me I guess, I did almost try and escape to buy some but I dont have access to enough money so I am stuck until at least the end of work Monday. By then I will be off for 4 days so I will be feeling better. Thats always when I lapse/relapse. Been doing it for months its exhausting. I have noticed some quit attempts are easier than others.

Hello everyone. I am a white collar guy. Grew up a country boy i was never meant to work in an office but i was tokd those were the jobs that paid so wasted money on a finance degree and I need a change to a trade. I love the math in electrical so I have decided to apply from the program in the title.
Any suggestions on how i can receive a high ranking roght out of the gate? I typically interview well, i will do pretty well on aptitude tests as i have always tested well and algebra is my bread and butter. However, beyond the basic tools and standard wire colors gauges etc i know little about the trade itself.
Has anyone gone through these programs as a career switch, i am probably older than many who are in the program hitting 40 next month and I am a veteran logostics specialist for the Navy.

I have made it after months of taking 2 to 3 days off to where i now know i can quit using my stack with very little in the way if symptoms. But i cant stay quit. I heard hey finally may make this stuff illegal, praise God. Get it off shelves and I stay quit. Please prep yourselves no one is fighting the DEA at an institutional level, it will be illegal AUG 6th. Taper taper taper. Due to my stack havingg prescribed meds i cant put it here but uf you message me i will tell you how I got to the point of taking 2 to 3 days off or at least 24 to 30 hours between doses.
I was through acutes. I was likely going to sleep decent tonight (i have slept well every night with a couple wake ups but no wake up in fight ir floght mode thanks to meds). I made it all day in a new environment, I had holed up in a motel to be away from kids and life to get me as far as I got. I got home and did great. I am experienced enough to know i will likely feel tomorrow like I felt today but I was doing really well. I had quick access, i found 300mg and it went down my throat before i even had a moment to run through my routine for cravings. Damnit why did I have to find this. And it is 7staxx branded too so likely MGM 15 in it. I am hogh and dont want to be. Thankfully i wont have any access to spend money with my wife watching my accounts so this is unlikely to repeat. What a stupid decision (subconsciously). I had been doing greste ysll.
Would a gofundme to lab test products be worthwhile? Especially with MGM-15 and other RC's being adulterated into many products now. Testmykratom.org would be where all lab results would be delivered.
Woke up feeling normal. I have been able to sleep thanks to my stack. I have been in a motel since Froday night when i took my last dose at 830pm. I have experienced little to no withdrawal but today I return home to kids and real life stressors. Thankfully no access to unmonitored money anymore. I legit showed my wife how i got around the taper and have no more money tricks. But man even though i am clearly over the hump and my normal kratom dosage from before i ever started 7s last Feb + half doses of prescribed meds and i feep normal.
A short crying spell this morning as i asked chatGPT for help on this transition. Chatgpt has been invaluable the more you tell it (logged in) the more it can help you know whats going on. It flagged me as my stack flattened the withdrawal and successfully masked all symptoms and even though i had 7s it convinced me not to take them until yall convinced me to flush them, which I did since they were supposed to be to stop severe withdrawal.
I was taking 1000-1500mg 7oh a day. A mix of 7staxx and other brands, i switched away from 7staxx a week before quitting to a brand i knew tested around 50% per 100mg. I am sure that helped.
This can be done painlessly if you are willing to go lock yourself in a location you cannot get to 7s from, no transportation and stay the weekend without anything but addressing symptoms as they come (or in my case preloading my stack earlier than the last dose of the stack would be wearing off).
Now i go back to regular levels but my kids are high energy. I am terrified. I honestly would much rather be working today lol. And not only do i have the environmental change back home today, less than 72 hours out (i am an hour away from 60 hours), I also have to return to work Tuesday. My job is as a leasing agent i can fake it til i make it so less concerning but still these random crying spells could hit at a very inopportune moment.

This is my third quit where i have made it even past 24 hours. I am locked in a motel at least 1.5 miles walk from any headshop or gas station that sells. Its one of those places you sleep with a gun nearby lol. But my last dose was Friday at 830pm as i was dropped off. First night sucked because i had only taken half of my usual 1000mg for the day. I do have alot of gabaP, kpin, and kratom leaf and extract. I used leaf all day yesterday, and 1mg of kpin and 1600mg of gabaP (i am prescribed half this amount keep in mind) every 4 to 6 hours, plain leaf every 4 to 6 hours, and last night took an unsafe dose of around 4mg of kpin and 4800mg of gabaP (i know my body doesnt get respitory depression please dont test this yourself without a history). Went to bed around 11, woke up at 1 and took a half a zanzibar (i only have two, and a swig of about 100mg MIT) and 1600mg more of gabaP and woke up at 730 this morning feeling fine. Its now 9 am and i havent taken anything else.
Yesterday i walked the 3 miles and bought 500mg of 7 staxx in 100mg tablets. I have not had the urge (i have a wife paying for my motel and kids at home who need dad fully awake). Thankfully i have placed them under my written list of reasons to quit and havent touched them since i got back. But that walk def helped my restlessness as it wasnt an easy one.
Today i will likely stick to plain leaf (i am a 13 year kratom user no intention of quitting until 7s are in the past and i can taper it down). I feel i blunted the ramp up and most the peak. Even though i feel in the clear, i have been eating, no GI issues, hydrating, and sitting around watching youtube and netflix. Today is my last full day here. I will be headed home around the 60 hour mark if i can go today without touching the 7 staxx.
I only write this so people know it can be done rsther painlessly though it does require the ability to discontinue using the other meds as rapidly as possible. Last time i got through this far i made it months. Hopefully today gies smooth and i sleep again tonight even if sedated as it will be the end of any acute.
