Found open hike on North Shore
Park at the end of Kapaka St, near the water tower. There was a maintenance worker mowing the lawn who said the trail was open, but that it was an unmaintained trail.
It was fine and there were no trees blocking the path.
If you have any other recommendations for hikes, would love to know!
