I recently got a filling in the area around where this "bump" is. It was an existing filling that needed to get filled again. It was supposed to get pulled but had a couple years left. They adjusted the bite after the filling and then I hsd to move and start a new job... I have been eztremely stressed and not wearing my retainer/grinding my teeth. I had some tooth pain before this bump appeared but no pain now, just some tenderness around the bump if I really pish on it. Is this just inflammation from grinding?

No smoking but I drink a coupld days a week.
