Ok, I've been in the Austin software community since the mid '80s. Mostly in startups.

After my last layoff due to company redirection, I tried applying for Director and VP of Software positions with zero response. I'm assuming age bias was the reason.

However, I'm in great shape and still capable of coding and leading.

Not looking for money, but part time ways I can contribute my background and experience to others.

Any advice is appreciated.
