I got admitted to a fully funded (tution+living expenses)Masters in canada. Can show borrowed money as extra proof of funds for flight and initial settling?

I am from India.

I got admitted to a fully funded masters. I read in the ircc website we need to show the transportation cost. Also saw somewhere that I need to show the initial settling cost. I am not in a situation to show any personal or family bank statements or assets(including remote family members). I tried getting an education loan but no banks give education loan for a fully funded program. I have some friends who can help me with some amount. How can I put all these together to get the study permit?
