Day 1 of treatment seemingly causing issues

Hello! My kitty is 7 years old and was just diagnosed with FIP yesterday. This has been a many months-long journey of back and forth to the vet, trying to find out what has been causing her to be so sick for so long. She has had extreme diarrhea, occasional vomiting, and has lost a tremendous amount of weight since her illness began. The vet prescribed molnupiravir and she started it yesterday. Initially, I was very hopeful but today has been scary.

This morning, I noticed she jumped off of my desk and had a rough landing, like her legs were too weak to properly support herself. I noticed three other times today that she was unable to jump up on chairs, couches, or the table which she had never previously had any trouble with. She also fell earlier today as a result of not being able to stabilize herself after attempting to jump off a surface.

She walks sort of strangely too, and seems dizzy. She wobbles when she sits down and seems like she's having trouble balancing. I am now keeping her in one room and monitoring her closely so that she does not attempt to jump on or off of any surfaces and injure herself.

She doesn't seem lost or confused in any way, just extremely and uncharacteristically weak. Is any of this normal when starting treatment? Is it normal for her to seem weak, dizzy, and lethargic just a day after beginning her treatment? All local vets are closed but I plan on calling hers first thing in the morning, I am just terrified of taking my eyes off of her at all for the night. If anyone has ever gone through something similar starting treatment or has any advice, it is very very much welcome. Thank you!
