I have deleted all config mods and completely reinstalled the marvel rival games but still its not letting me log in even on ps5 help how to fix this issue

I have already removed all mod related files and verified the game files along with cleared local redundant game files and shader cache. That didnt fix it so i reinstalled the game but it still isnt letting me enter the game.
If i launch the game from a different steam account everything works fine
