1 in diameter tool for ID grooving one inch 100 thou deep

Parts we made and the costumer wants them to be black anodized and we sent out to be anodized. This is how the box came back off of the truck. Shiped 80miles north of Detroit. I guess they're saving money on cheap boxes people that don't know how to pack boxes WTF 😒

Does anyone know how I can clock this turret so my holders are back on center, or direct me to a book or pdf that shows me the procedure on how to rezero my turret to spindle. I've been using the centering holders and I'm not getting the tools rigid enough
