Expedite request question. Physician here

Hello, my I-485 and I-765 (EAD) have been pending since October 2025, with the last API update on 05/11/2026. I previously submitted an expedite request in March, but it was denied.

Given the recent exemption/policy changes related to medical physicians, do you think it would be worthwhile to submit another expedite request for my EAD? I’m about to lose my residency spot. I’m desperate

I am a physician from the 39 countries. I received this email today. I didn’t submit an inquiry neither my lawyer. What does it means?

I received this email just now. I haven’t submitted any expedite request or inquiry, and neither has my lawyer. The only updates I’ve had were API updates on 04/28 and 05/11. Has anyone else received a similar email? I’m not sure what it means. I-130 approved in October 2025, interviews done as well in October 2025. Pending I-485 and I-765.
