Which Nassau day pass should we go with?

We will be coming on a cruise ship in February, docked 10am -6pm. It's myself, my husband, and our kids ages 20, 19, 19, 12, and 4. I originally picked this cruise because I wanted to stop in Nassau and do Atlantis, but I am hearing bad things about it, and for the price, that worries me. I hear Baha Mar is the same price but nicer. But then there is Margaritaville. We can get 2 cabanas and lunch for half the price as either of the first two resorts. Plus it's closer to the ship, no need for a taxi. However, I don't want to feel like I'm "missing out" by not doing Atlantis. The older kids are more beach bums, while the younger ones are water park enthusiasts. Thoughts?

[CO/MO] I filed for emergency guardianship. Any tips and advice welcome.

I am the aunt in CO. My nephew is 11 and spends every summer with me. He is terrified to go home and has been begging me for years not to send him back, but never disclosed what was going on until now. His older step brother physically abuses him, biting, hitting, controlling him, etc. His step mother mentally abuses him and leaves him alone in the car WITH baby sister, while she goes shopping for over an hour at a time. They withhold food from him, he's very thin. I have brought my concerns up to his dad and he brushes it off. The new wife is his priority. Nephew's mother (my sister) is homeless and will likely give me custody with no issues. Dad was never married to mom and he doesn't have legal custody.

Has anyone gone through this? What was your experience and is there anything I should know? The attorney said we have a pretty strong case but I would like to hear from others who have gone through it.
