DMT caused me hearing loss and tinnitus

First expérience August 2025 : can’t breakthrough, feeling too drunk and not able to smoke anymore, did not see anything, but got visual snowing for a few days after it
Second exp : September 2025, retried, no BT, but this time I got tinnitus, high frequency (like 8000mhz) sound on right ear, got it for like 1-2-3 months, stopped focused on it so I don’t remember when it went away but took a few weeks/months
Third exp : April 2026, retried, no BT, tinnitus respawned, and went away every morning but came back with my coffee/cigarette
4th exp : May 2026, a few days ago : retried, no BT, tinnitus amplified and got hearing loss 30% lol on right ear
5th exp : yesterday, my hearing was coming back so I thought let’s try it for real this time and breakthrough, so I smoked but I fastly felt like an electrical current between my brain and my ear, like if my ear was getting swallowed by my brain and lost 80% of hearing on right ear, panicked and went to hospital, but on the way my hearing was coming back so I went back to home
And now I feel like it’s coming back but I’m still a 20% of hearing loss on right ear
Also I saw someone saying 5-HTP solved their tinnitus, so today I took my first pill of it and my tinnitus switched from high pitched sound in right ear, to « grainy » sound in the middle of my brain, looks like the visual snowing I have, but auditive, and it feels like it will go away in a few days with the visual snowing as well as it usually do, so I will give feedback in the coming days but it looks like 5-HTP help in fixing DMT caused tinnitus
Also I feel like my brain is full of electricity, like if I got too much electricity floating in it, which is the source of the visual/auditive graining
Edit : woke up today with tinnitus, took my second dose of 5-HTP (500mg) 30min ago after eating my breakfast, tinnitus is now reduced by 80% opposed to what it was before taking 5-HTP, it’s just liiitttttle sound, I feel more human/less on DMT remaining effects/less electrified in my brain/more in my body. No (positive or negative) impact on my hearing loss, still at 20-30% since 2-3 days. Hope it will fix by itself in the coming days and it’s not permanent.
