Artisan goods and market mod recs

I'm planning an artisan goods heavy modded playthrough and though I've spent some time trawling through Nexus Mods, I guarantee I've missed some good/interesting mods along the way. I'm also interested in any mods that add the ability to create a market or shop of my own to sell goods to the townsfolk besides Market Day.

Wildflour's Atelier Goods is already on my list, so no need to rec that one.

I would prefer mods that don't add a ton of new NPCs (1-2 is fine, especially if they don't require friendship) but added fruits/crops/forage are totally fine. Not looking for huge expansion mods (no Ridgeside/East Scarp/Sunberry/etc), just standalone mods that add either new types of artisan goods, improved artisan goods, or new machines to create them.

Thanks for any recs you can provide! The SDV modding community is so awesome and helpful and I appreciate each and every one of you.

The Kennedy Center is being sued by the Washington National Opera for keeping $17m in donations

https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/5921637-washington-national-opera-lawsuit-kennedy-center-trump/

>The Washington National Opera (WNO) filed a lawsuit Thursday, alleging that the Kennedy Center failed to return more than $17 million in donations made to the organization after its split from the venue earlier this year.

>The WNO cited the Kennedy Center’s position as a federally chartered entity and its membership in the Smithsonian Institution in its challenge, which lists the federal government as the defendant.

>“The funds held by the Kennedy Center represent years of gifts and contributions made by loyal WNO donors who specifically directed their support to benefit WNO and its mission,” the opera said in the court filing.

>“Those donors trusted that their contributions would support WNO’s artists, its performances and the education and community programs that WNO has carried out for decades,” it continued.

The Kennedy Center and WNO had a legal agreement, first in 2011 and then a new resolution was adopted in 2024, that KC would provide operational support for WNO but that WNO remained a separate legal entity with their funds to be held separately from the KC funds. When KC failed to hold up their end of the agreement for operational support, WNO asked to end the partnership but KC has yet to return an estimated $17m in funds to WNO and is actually using them as collateral for a line of credit per an email from the CFO at KC. WNO has also been completely locked out of all systems, including email, donor records, and all electronic data stored on the Kennedy Center's systems.

The Kennedy Center claims the lawsuit is baseless and that WNO actually had a $72m deficit over the length of their partnership.

Full text of the filed lawsuit is here: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.uscfc.54456/gov.uscourts.uscfc.54456.1.0.pdf

(I am not a part of either organization, nor any arts or culture organization, but I find this fascinating from a governance and financial standpoint and thought others might be interested as well)

Library and City Hall Remodel Project Announcement

City Hall just announced four different options to update/remodel the City Hall and Library buildings and are asking for resident feedback before the Common Council meeting on July 28th.

Of all the options, I think 3 and 4 are the most interesting and exciting.

▲ 3 r/pens

Uni-Ball Signo UM-153 dupes

I know it's not fancy but love this pen in a way I have never loved a pen before. The thickness of the ink, the way it glides, the opacity...it's perfection.

However, I much prefer bright and colorful inks and, with the exception of the absolutely gorgeous deep blue-teal color, these pens don't seem to come in non-standard colors (red/green/black/blue) that aren't metallic.

So far, the only colorful 1mm gel pens I can find either are Pentel or Sakura, both of which I have never been happy with due to their finicky inconsistency, or metallics/glitters which I would prefer to avoid for work documents--bright colors are fine but apparently marking up documents in glitter ink is "unprofessional" for some reason.

Am I cursed to forever look for these unicorn pens or dose someone out there know where my holy grail resides?
