S2 E8 roaches?!?!

After the roaches ate everybody from The Vault while Lucy's brother is hiding under the table in the next room, where do all the roaches go?

Ingredients:

• frozen biscuits (I prefer Martha's) cut in 1/2 (parallel NOT diameter)

• ½ lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced

• 8 slices provolone, Swiss, or gruyere cheese

• 2 tbsp butter, melted

• ½ tsp garlic powder

Au Jus:

• 1 cup beef broth

• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place biscuits on baking sheet "outside" down and bake for 12 minutes - remove from oven

  3. Stack one side of biscuit half with roast beef and the other 1/2 with side cheese. Put back in oven and cooked for an additional 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

  4. Place halves together, brush tops with butter, sprinkle with garlic powder, cook for an additional 3 minutes

  5. Simmer au jus ingredients for 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with au jus for dipping.

Simple, delicious, done. Enjoy!
