For people who’ve spent time in both Grace Bay and Long Bay, which one did you personally prefer?

Trying to get a feel for the overall vibe of each area before booking a trip.

I usually plan most trips myself, but I’ve been curious lately whether luxury travel agencies are actually worth using for villa stays and more complex trips.

For people who’ve used them before, what was the biggest advantage? Better properties, smoother planning, concierge access, upgrades, local connections?
