I am not sure what is going on, and I’m a little mad about it. I was gifted this game, and I truly was having a great time with it. I defeated the first big boss, got three pieces of legendary gear, and all three had a red lock on the label and said I couldn't use it since I didn’t own the DLC. Thinking this wasn’t the case, I closed the game, restarted, and nope those weapons were still unusable. Sold those, kept playing, and then next four legendary weapons that drop for me are all locked because I don’t own the dlc. Is this a glitch? I don’t understand how this is possible. I have not touched the game since the last gear dropped for me. I understand that promoting dlc is great and all, but locking weapons is not a great practice for looter shooters. Can I even fix this issue?

As this school year begins, I am faced with a dilemma that I truly thought would never be an issue but it has become quite the issue quickly, prayer. I’m a teacher in Idaho where they passed a new law that a moment of silence must be taken either at the begging or end of the school day. I live with a heavy LDS community, where my students are either in the community or rebelling against the community. That also means I have parents on both sides who are rather upset by this rule or love it, which to me, is fine! What my concern is that a parent wants myself and others make sure everyone is taking this new law seriously, but honestly I don’t care. I just want my students to be respectful to all beliefs in the world, and to not just be a bunch of buttheads. Fellow teachers, do you happen to know wording I can use to let all parents know I am in The gray area of this issue? Thank you!
