Baby/stroller at Wimbledon

Hi!

My husband, our 1-year-old daughter, my mother-in-law, and I will be in London during Wimbledon. My mother-in-law is a huge tennis fan, so we're hoping to take her at least one day.

We're planning to queue very early, but are there any other tips for increasing our chances of getting in? Is it impossible with a baby? If so I will enjoy the day with her in London while my husband and mother-in-law goes to the tennis.

Our daughter comes along to most of the things we do. She's a happy, easygoing baby who loves being around people and taking everything in, so I think she'd enjoy the Wimbledon atmosphere as well. Does anyone have experience visiting Wimbledon with young children?

If I understand correctly, children below a certain age aren't allowed on the main courts, and strollers need to be left in a designated area. Is that right? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
