A common issue,

especially with half gallons of milk,

is they topple over during picking/staging.

When it’s time to dispense,

the contents are in a puddle of milk,

Products have to be replaced,

and often entire jugs of milks go to claims.

I like to loop a bag under the handle,

to secure it inside the tote preventing it from

falling over.

As for things like Bleach and Vinegar

which have to be laid down to fit inside

totes, I wrap fragile stickers around the

caps so nothing leaks out.

Doing this after runs, before returning

to room, helps prevent a lot of headaches

later. Hope this helps.
