My mom just got sick and is in the hospital, and I’m trying to fly home ASAP. Ideally tomorrow, but flight prices are insane right now! Not sure if it’s because it’s so last minute or because it’s summer, maybe both? But either way, the cheapest flight I’ve found for tomorrow is on site called cheapflightsfares. I’ve never heard of them before, so want to make sure I’m not gonna get scammed or something. The price is easily $200+ less than I’m seeing on airline websites.

Before anyone asks; I don’t want to share my location for safety reasons, but it’s too far to drive. And even if I did, I’d have to rent a car, and would spend more on the car and gas than on the super expensive flight ticket.

I didn’t think that I’d be experiencing this when I’m only 27, give or take thought that I’d be at least 40 when this happens. There’s already this stubborn knot under my shoulder blade (scapula area). It has been happening for quite some time now and nothing seems to work to relieve the pain.

I have this desk job that is taking a toll on my back because I’m sitting most pf the day, but I can’t quit. This genuinely doesn’t feel like the usual back pain I experience anymore.

Been testing some common advice, but I think it’s not making anything any better for me. Maybe a temporary relief, but it gets worse after that. I feel like my body is telling me that I need something that would loosen my muscle instead of putting pressure on it. Even had a PT try cupping which felt liked it helped but idk if thats placebo or not lol.

Planning of moving out on my own soon, kinda excited and nervous. Don’t know what to expect. Any tips, mistakes to avoid, or things you wish you knew before living alone
