I looked on the app and it seems that area 11 is open daily for salmon instead of just Wednesday through Saturday due to emergency rules . But, the areas around the pier are still labeled Wednesday through Saturday. Does the emergency rule apply to the pier areas, because technically it is all area 11. Thanks for your time.
