Hello! Still Uneumployed after passing the boards tas 4 mos of actively sending resume and walking in. Naka ATS format naman and followed some tips on making a good resume. Nagkaka anxiety na ako bakit yung kasama ko magpasa, for interview na, while ako ni isang call back or invite for interview wala. Just curious paano ba yung sistema ng selection process nila? Huhuhu sorry for ranting
