I just beat the Ender Dragon and went to the islands and got an elytra and dragon head and shulker boxes. Now I'm getting netherite to prepare for making the Wither. What do I do next after finishing the game?

I just wanna question what happened to the technology the Ancient Builders made when they were in the end dimension to make the end ships fly.
