Layer select shortcut help

Layer select shortcut help

I got a xencelabs drawing tablet with quick keys so I wanted the dial to be able to move up and down layers, I can't find it in the csp shortcut settings though. Here's a post from 4 years ago that has it, but on my app its missing from that place. Could it be because I use debut, even though I've checked and that wasn't specified in the excluded features? Its csp 5.0.
I also posted this on ask.

(England) Recommend a laptop for creative work and ability to run CAD, less than $1500 and can last over 4 years

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Country

England/Uk

  • Budget

$1500 / £1200

  • Are you open to refurbs/used options?

Refurbs are ok if theres a warranty

  • Screen size

Over 14

  • Weight limit

Not over 3.5kg

  • Purpose

Mainly creative work - digital illustration and some animation (clip studio), will be using a drawing tablet

Some gaming - I'm not a hardcore gamer but I want to play Monster hunter world and wilds (some AAA games) and minecraft, and run steam smoothly

Some CAD usage - I'm not a student or professional but laptops that are good for engineering students would probably be good to last over 4 years right?

Basic schoolwork, ability to multitask is appreciated.

  • Form factor

Any

  • Intended usage

I currently use a chromebook so literally anything over £600 is probably an upgrade

Screen - over 120hz, high or high medium colour accuracy for creative stuff
RAM - 24GB at least for futureproofing, CAD and games
Storage - 512GB or over
MacOS or WIndowsOS so I can use a perpetual license for my app over subscription

  • Desired battery life

Around 4 hours at least.

  • Performance, Battery life, Size, Weight - there's not a huge gap between my priorities, as long as its not a workstation because I don't need that peformance and lack of portability, and its out of my budget
  • Info/Requirements

Overall a bit of an all rounder of a laptop, I'm not looking for professional use in any of these, OLED is always nice to have and its usually colour accurate no? But this with everything else is probably out of budget.

Good peformance and decent display are my main priority, and ability to last over 4 years. So a decent build please!

I was looking at this laptop too, do you reckon it would work for me.

technically a repost but I made everything more clear and readable

A good peformance laptop for clip studio (drawing), moderate gaming and some CAD

  • Country

England

  • Budget

I'd rather not go over $1300/£1000, around £800 would be good

  • Are you open to refurbs/used options?

No

  • Screen size

14-16

  • Weight limit

Something that's not a gym workout when I move it, comfortable to carry when I go somewhere like school

  • Purpose

Mainly home use, I will be gaming and drawing using clip studio mostly, I'm not sure how much I'll be using CAD as I don't need it for school but I would like to be able to use it fairly often and the others with no or little lag even after a few years. (Gaming, drawing, browsing, CAD)

  • Form factor

Any

  • Intended usage

I currently use a chromebook which is just about running CSP, but I'm looking for a performance upgrade so I can access CAD and gaming on a laptop, such as monster hunter, minecraft, and try out new games like marvel rivals and use steam, and not have to worry about storage. When I go on browser currently I use quite a few tabs which can lead to lagging, so some multi-tasking. Also a windows os would be good as my current tablet requires a driver, and I don't like the mac's interface. If you're convinced a mac product would be good still add it though. As for CAD, being able to use it with little lag would be nice, I don't think I'll be doing anything crazy as I'm not using it for a course or work. I'm not sure which app I'll use yet. (decent storage, good performance for my gaming, drawing, CAD but I won't be going crazy, so high/moderate peformance?)

  • Desired battery life

4 hours at least preferably, again still recc others if they match with other stuff I've said

  • Performance, Battery life, Size, Weight

Again though the peformance doesn't have to be crazy high

Info/Requirements

  • Not always have to be plugged in
  • Lasts over 4 years
  • Mac os or windows
  • RAM 16gb or more
  • Colours are more important to me than fps
  • Idm older laptops if they do the trick
