In February, I ordered an open box bedframe. It arrived, but the box contained only about a quarter of a bedframe. After a huge amount of hassle (they wanted me to identify the missing parts but no manual or parts list was included) they said they couldn’t fulfill my order. I asked for a refund and for them to arrange pick up. They gave me a refund, but said since they refunded it, the case was closed so they couldn’t arrange pick up. I complained and they said they’d escalate it to management and I would get a response the next day. Six months later, no response and I still have a useless quarter of a bedframe sitting in my garage. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of it. I am so annoyed and unimpressed.
