AR-15 REPAIR HELP

Hi all

Could use some help with my G&G AR-15 SBR8, the charging handle for the hop.up lever is stuff fully open, I cant expose the hop up. How would I go about taking this apart to see if the spring is gone or if its come off some sort of rail?

Not sure if firing the gun with it like this is safe or not, so any help would be sound!!!

Gear assistance&recommendations

Wondering if anyone can give me some recommendations. Been seeing a large majority of airsofters getting kit from aliexpress with little to no issues. Im looking to do the same, what would be ideal for good overall head gear, such as helmet, ear and moth protection, chest rig, backpack etc? Appreciate anyone who comments and helps!

Any help with my loudout would be great, im sitting at just under 210m and occasionally im getting smoked by people at 150m power, do i need to change gun, robot etc?
