Going strong despite the Owl Pellet attempting to grow through the roof! My main enemies are powdery mildew and bud rot so trying the heavy ass defoliation technique.
Any guesses on the owl pellet?
Day 80ish for BMQ and day 93ish for DDOS OG.
Left was BMQ. Absolutely frosted at harvest. Neighbor tent got a tiny pm leaf so my paranoia led me to chop as I found one or two leafs on the lowers of BMQ with just started spots. Struggled with humidity swings towards end of flower so yeah next run will get that dialed in better. Came outta the cannatrol normal settings and then heat sealed into grove bags labeled don’t touch for 1 month! Nose is straight doughy sweet banana bread. My little sample from the packing job had a nice sweet pungent dough taste that I am looking forward to concentrate during the cure. Gathered about 3.5oz of buds and 1.5oz of larf buds that will be turned into bubble hash. I used the bowl trimmer as I am short on time and will say the lady dumps. Had half a handful of just trichome SAND and the bottom of the bowl which I stuffed into my fatty successful dry tester doing. Effects are perfect balance of mellow without couch lock but for sure brace yourself for crazy munchies.
DDOS OG was left alone after I removed her overly clingy personal space hogging sister. She did flower a week later than BMQ even though they both sprouted on the same day. Cannatrol was stuffed and she could use some ripening so I left her be to mature 9 more days. Lost the top cola to a small enclave of aphids due to needing the tent open to keep humidity down. She had no real support as I let her just droop with heavy buds making sure they did not rub the floor etc. Nose is exactly like the foaming glass cleaner that comes in a can, with a tinge of pine at the back end. Some buds made a purple transition near the top while others stayed greener. Structure and node spacing was awesome. Tossed her in the trol last night and I imagine she will also be a washer as the gloves were clean not greased out and my trimmers were equally as clean despite the buds being absolutely coated in trichomes.
Time to improve the setup for the next run. Anyone use the Terraform 8 for cooling/heat? Trying to cool basically an insulated 3x11x6’ grow space that can vent outside etc.

Noodle tech is the tip end game and I won’t be convinced otherwise. Airflow comparable to a glass tip (some glass is even designed as a noodle) and disposable. No chance of runs or canoes with a noodle. Wet mouthed folks will be happy to know the noodle gladly slurps up your extra moisture. Cooled smoke and my anecdotal testing vs a paper crutch shows it will not burn my tongue or lips when I smoke it down to the noodle as they say.
Totally get the glass tips and had a big collection that is now in a box somewhere. Tired of having jars of alcohol and weed stank floating around. They are not portable unless you want to carry it after you burn. Stank fingers after stripping a glass tip to throw in the cleaning jar. They smoke great and honestly cleaning them is not bad….until you try a noodle.
Meanwhile ol noodle doesn’t care if you toss it anywhere, something will come and eat it (a noodles actual only desire). I don’t litter….I feed all of mine to my worm bin. More anecdotal evidence shows a noodle roach will be consumed in one month vs 3+ months it takes for the paper roaches to be consumed by the worms. Happy worms make happy poop, happy worm poop makes happy plants, happy plants make me happy…..and the cycle continues.

First grow with the XXL Autopot and jeez it’s full in there! Heavy defol and it seems to still be packing. Working like crazy to keep humidity down as these ladies are guzzling about a gallon and a half a day.
Had to supercrop the main on the BM&Q then it sprang right up stronger then before. Moved the light to its max and still had to supercrop a few that were creeping to the light. Thinking maybe next run I go harder on the lights pre stretch to pressure the plant to stay lower maybe?
Buildasoil 3.0 with a thick layer of homemade castings and a layer of happy frog to start. Buildasoil dry amendments and castings throughout. Compost teas of molasses, real growers recharge, castings, craft blend.
