How do I pair the gotrax gmax ultra to the App via bluetooth
Hello, recently got my Gotrax Gmax Ultra from my cousin. He never bothered checking how to pair it so I did, for some reason the phone support told me this “
To switch your GMAX Ultra display from miles per hour (MPH) to kilometers per hour (KM/H), please follow these steps:
Power on the scooter.
Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds.
The speed unit displayed on the screen will switch between MPH and KM/H.
If the display does not change, please make sure the scooter is powered on and try holding both buttons a little longer.help.
To connect:
Download the GOTRAX app on your mobile device.
Turn on your GMAX Ultra and enable Bluetooth on your phone.
Open the app and select Add Device or My Scooter.
Select your scooter from the list of available devices and complete the pairing process.
None of these worked, holding + and - just turns on walk mode, unsure if they mistook the gmax ultra for another model, Im in canada so Id prefer it.
Any help?
