No experience writing narratives

We should be writing narratives soon in training… but some of us don’t have any experience writing narratives. Why would they just assume we should jump into narrative writing and even give us a set to complete by the 3rd week? I’m lost for words. I was a fraud analyst and would write little summaries on orders and closed accounts due to returns abuse and blocked them from making other accounts.
Never really had to “write” any narratives.
Am I doomed ???

Fake document supervisor federal

If I can prove that my manager falsified or created a document on a date that I was NOT at work, and marked it “in office”, on a performance document, can that in itself help me win my discrimination claim?
They claimed poor performance but then she made this document after the fact and marked it on a day I wasn’t at work !

Active remote jobs? I need a referral

I lost my federal job. Now I can’t find work, I’ve been out of work for a whole year.
I have a bachelors degree in criminal justice, but even with that I’m not getting any interviews. I’ve been applying to 10 jobs a day.
I need work. Preferably a remote job.
At least 19.50 an hour,
Can someone refer me (if your employed)
Or guide me where to look (if you can)
You would be my guardian angel.

With this, I also send lots of love and light energy to you and your families.
