I live in Nevada and I started my process with Tesla two months ago, I purposely applied for the semi factory because I know they need people. I have never seen hiring and interview practices that are so ass backwards. Had my interview over a month ago, was rushed into doing the drug test and background check, I think my recruiter was in a coma because he fell off the face of the earth. Two weeks ago I received an email that said you are in our active hiring pool and we will call you, I’ve been forced to take temp work because I don’t know if they will call tomorrow or six months from now.
