for a brf do i innoculate pre-boiled brown rice and then then put it in a ziplock bag with a mixture of flour, vermiculite thats been sterilized?

Has anyone combined these if so please tell me about it. I wanna try salvia again but I start getting scared the moment I get close and im worried it will make me have a bad trip but im thinking if I get stoned enough before maybe it will help ease my worries?
