Has anyone finally been able to resolve or atleast eliminate majority of the idle vibration on the 4th gen RX350?

I have been looking into possible solutions for months and I’m just hesitant to pull the trigger on replacing engine mounts on the car as a last resort.

My 2017 RX350 (104k kms) idles at like 580-610 rpms from what I can gage from BlueDriver. Its particularly annoying to deal with in stop and go traffic.

I’ve tried MAF sensor cleaning, throttle body cleaning, injectors, changing fuel type (87 to 91/93), putting in fuel injector cleaner (BG44k) and nothing has eliminated the vibrations yet so far.

Car otherwise is really enjoyable to drive. Hopefully someone has a solution they can recommend!
