New bug. You can now launch pena by stepping on his tailgate when he goes forward.
you can also sell his booze on flea market for +160mk

In the achievement you need to drink the booze while pena speeds at least 90km/h.
Remember, Heppa is unable to go 90km/h unless:
methods:
-lift the rear wheels using a car jack.(my method)
- flip the car on the driver's side and get in.
- use snow drifts to get the back wheels lifted.

! You don't even need to show him a finger.

I'm sure there are many different methods, so these three are not the only ones.

I always do everything at once, so it's cheaper.
